Some staffs were friendly, but the one staff was incredibly rude once he realized what I was looking for wasn’t available in store. He literally just walked away.

A lot of Lids in the area but the customer service provided by Aban had me coming back to this one. Bought 3 hats all with Aban’s help. He also informed me that the Lids franchise was in Sydney so was very grateful for that.
