Our experience with Makras was actually very, very good. Perhaps they have re-tooled since a lot of these reviews were created, but we had quick response times and they worked with us during a couple of complicated issues with our lease.

Never live in their turk blvd location because they have mouse problem and wont do anything about it and ignore you with any type of problem that you have.

Horrible experience. Tried repeatedly to contact Manoli Nuris and he was unresponsive; so I missed the opportunity on a perfect rental for my daughter and I. I would NOT recommend this agent or agency if you really want to meet your needs in this market.
