A place where you can get a cellphone. I'm surprised that it is still in business what with all the free phones being given away everywhere. It's your choice; I wouldn't pay for something that I can get for free.

I came in to pay my bill and the young lady helping me was helpful. This location obviously takes cash or card. I went in at the end of the day and wanted to pay with so I had to use the kiosk which has a $3 charge. Minor complaint but I'd rather pay the fee knowing that, hopefully, it keeps the staff safe since there isn't a lot of easily accessible cash available at the end of the day for for potential muggers. Will stop by again if I have to pay my bill in person

2023 review - Ick - the MetroPCS store at 900 Van Ness Avenue is a bad place to go for phones or service. "T", (Christine,) is no longer with MetroPCS and the guy managing the store now, and the guys working there now, seem to be either maladjusted to their roles or downright malicious. I did my research on what phone I wanted and walked into the store ready to buy that phone. I was still forced to get a tour of the store and each phone was described to me in detail. When it was finally my turn to speak they told me that they only had "three of those phones in the store" and they "didn't know" if they "could sell them yet." They made a big deal about it and then said they had zero phones to sell (of that model.) I pointed out that in a store that only has 12 phones for sale, and is in the midst of a major nation-wide campaign to sell those phones, it seemed unrealistic that they would not have the one phone I came there to buy. Furthermore, they had absolutely no idea of when the next delivery of that phone model would happen. I tried to explain how unlawful "bait and switch" was and they acted like victims. Ick. The good news is that the MetroPCS store at 1111 Market Street is close by and staffed by incredibly kind and knowledgeable humans who laughed at the story of the guys at 900 Van Ness being out of the one phone model I wanted to buy. While I waited in line at the 111 Market Street MetroPCS store I saw the staff there, over and over, treat each customer with kindness, patience and dignity. I am so impressed with this. The staff could have been exasperated with the older guy who just couldn't understand the simple thing he had to do, the young man helping him was endlessly kind and patient. I loved watching it and didn't care that it added 10 minutes to my time in line. Outside the store junkies were folded over nodding out, or staggering around with tin foil treasures, a scabby hobo rushed through the store selling a MacBook Pro with no case or cables for $40 but the MetroPCS folks just kept on taking care of customers and giving everyone excellent customer service.

i went in asked for a simple thing to be done and got looked at and treated poorly. Metro PCS service has never been good. Y'all need to get it together

I've been having major issues with their service they claim nothing's wrong but nobody is receiving my responses to their text messages or is anyone receiving the messages I send out . It started working momentarily but had stopped again. I get text messages sent to me but no one gets my reply back. This has been a issues for a month and a half now and nothing has been done. I think it's time to switch carriers.

Bad customer service and manager is rude in the store. Instead to resolve issue i have he smile to me and let me know this is my problem now. Smart guy who bring bad reputation for company. Just to make sure he name is Jason and looks like he rely enjoy to abuse customer and let them know how stupid they are and how easy to sell something without return because no official complaint department, no headquarter phone number, no way to file complaint against manager at all.2/22/2023 i bought new phone from the store and no one let me know this phone can be return if I dint like it. Before i come back to store I call customer service support an explain to them I don like the way phone work they let me know I need to bring phone back with recite and original box what I did. Surprise when I get back to store manager name Jason let me know phone can be return this is company policy. Information was posted on my account by customer service representative its garbage. I spend 5 hours calling customer service support and I have been transfer between 20 different people from metro to tmoble and back until one of customer service representative let me know I call to Philippine it's no official phone number to headquarter. I spend all day get very stressful spend money for parking, gas and travel. My question is who is responsible for problem was created to me by company representative. I have been with company for long time and right know I have some fillings they try to abuse me. I like to get in touch with corporate office but unfortunately its protect by customer service call center. I need assistance to resolve this problem I have.

The manager was rude we came to their store my dad would question to change his phone to upgrade it he didn't want a 14th because they 14 was not a good phone immediately showed that he really wasted have half the GB on it and the Manger didn't allow it because he said no I don't care he also said read the fine print of the policy it said yes for return doesn't matter of phone use it said if you have phone box and receipt then possible for return but the manager deined it even saying metro customer service is worth nothing they also did not recomand anything about getting a new phone they just let the customer choose with no knowledge what so ever

I wish I could AT&T a big fat ZERO!! They are sorry , please don't ever buy nothing from them. I was trying to purchase a new tablet and I got the run around with that, they want you to put money down and quickly added that to my bill, but I kept on getting a delay after delay after delay. So I asked for my money back and they are going to tell me I can't get it back, even after they added the new number on my account. They are sorry I will change my service over to Verizon.
