I went there to switch to metro pcs from another provider and the employees and managers there are anything but helpful. They were intrusive and untrustful, treating customers as if they are fraudulent by default. They are more interested in covering their butt(their words) than in helping onboard a new customer. One of the worst customer service experience in a long time. Wasted two hours on buses to get treated like a potential fraudulent person rather than a valuable customer. Don't go to this store and support a bunch of entitled small-time employees who work there. I later went to another store and everything was taken care of in 10 minutes.

Very busy place generally. Knowledgeable staff. But NO chairs for waiting. Hard as I have emphysema and would have appreciated them.

I like the machine to pay the bill and they've also helped me well
