We just got our install completed by James (I think, my name recollection is terrible). He was great, fast, and helped set up our router and test speeds. We immediately increased available speeds atleast 3X and even more on the upload while paying a 1/3 the price. Looking forward to using the service!

Josh was super great. Showed up early, was really thoughtful about picking the right placement, super personable, and never once made me feel dumb as a first time internet service getter person. 10/10 highly recommend.
