“Edward and Ramon the store manager were incredibly helpful - they helped me solve an issue from a bill that was more than 2 years ago, working through multiple different hypotheses based on information we could gather before ultimately sorting it all out. They were super kind, patient, and professional throughout it all. T-mobile's system's and operations need updating but these store employees exemplify the best!”

Online support couldn’t fix it, sent me to the store.
Another rep couldn’t figure it out, so I visited Apple Store.
Apple Store couldn’t figure it out, offered to send it in to HQ which would take a week. And if it didn’t work, too bad, so sad.
I was about to completely give up on it when I stopped by Xfinity mobile to either switch from number share or just cancel the line. I had been trying to get help with this issue for several hours by this point.
Michael Davis worked on it, deleted all the previous esims, and verified with me that the watch cellular worked with iPhone powered off.
Can’t speak to other experiences but it does seem Xfinity is a lot better overall than when I used to have it for internet many years ago.
Kind of like seeing your toxic ex ten years later and they’re a completely different person…”
