Motel Capri is a budget-friendly motel conveniently located near major attractions like the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf, with easy access to public transportation. Guests appreciate the quiet atmosphere, free parking, and a light breakfast that includes coffee and juices. While the motel offers reasonably priced accommodations and spacious rooms, some reviews mention that the decor is dated and the bathrooms could use updates. The check-in process is described as easy, and the staff is noted for being friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming experience. Although there are minor issues, such as occasional maintenance problems like a non-functioning elevator, many guests feel that the value for the price is worth it. Overall, Motel Capri is recommended for those seeking an affordable stay in San Francisco, with a central location that makes it easy to explore the city.
This place was fantastic, especially as a solo traveler. I will be back. Helps that it's very, very cute; appropriate for San Francisco.

I like it you’re in the heart of the city. If you’re looking to get a drink there’s a few bars two blocks away. It’s great parking can be a challenge but what else is new in San Francisco? Lol

A bit worn out, ice machine broken, elevator out of order, pop machine not in service. Room smelled of chemicals. Something occurred with our toilet and it ran for 30 minutes after flushing with no way to stop it and just didn’t work well at all. Location was the best thing about it.
