O'Reilly Auto Parts, located at 4540 South Mission Street in San Francisco, California, is a well-stocked auto parts store offering a variety of parts, tools, and accessories. The store provides essential services such as free battery testing, wiper blade and bulb installation, and Check Engine light testing. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff, particularly the associates who go above and beyond to assist. For instance, one customer praised an employee named Steven for helping choose the right headlights and even installing them. Another customer noted the efficient service when ordering a specific part that was not in stock, which arrived the very next morning. The store is praised for its quick service, with some customers reporting they were in and out within minutes. The large selection of products makes it a convenient choice for car needs. However, parking can be challenging around the area, especially with the nearby public parking lot being used for COVID-related services. Despite this minor drawback, many customers express a strong desire to return due to the excellent service and support received from the staff. Overall, O'Reilly Auto Parts is recognized as a reliable and friendly neighborhood resource for auto parts and services.
Dylan was awesome and changed out my battery and windshield wipers at the store even though it was chilly and windy out. Will definitely come back.

Clean organized store with fairly wide, well-stocked aisles. We needed help with an item and Felicia was amazing - very knowledgeable and super friendly! I’d highly recommend this store.
