Sophia handled the paperwork and communication; she was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and very patient with me. The repairs were completed within the expected time frame. “I scraped my car really bad while staying the weekend in SF and needed the car repaired quickly as I was leaving the city the day after. They quoted me and originally said it would take 2-4 days, but when I told them my situation they said they could get it to me by the next day and quickly started working on my car. I brought my car in Saturday morning, and they repaired the damage by afternoon the next day, which means they came in to work on it even on their day off. The car looked brand new, and they even fixed some previous scratches I had on my car for free. I am so grateful for the people at Bismark, they are wonderful, do great work, and they try their best to accommodate your needs. Thank you guys so much!”

“Had a fantastic experience with this repair shop. They were integrated flawlessly with my insurance which made the whole process very smooth. Alex Hwee was my main point of contact and I found him very easy to speak with and he did an excellent job in keeping me informed, finding an economical path forward for some elective repairs to my car (in addition to the insurance covered collision items), and ensuring the work was done quickly. I will certainly return to this shop for future bodywork/repairs.”

“Kevin and Larry are among the most knowledgeable, honest, and skilled mechanics I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. For more than 10 years, they have taken exceptional care of my family’s vehicles, consistently delivering outstanding service, expert workmanship, and complete peace of mind. Even more importantly, they genuinely care about their customers’ safety— going out of their way to help us with emergency repairs, including promptly repairing nails in our tires so we could get back on the road safely. Finding a mechanic you can completely trust is invaluable because the safety and reliability of your vehicle depend on their expertise and integrity. Kevin and Larry have earned that trust many times over through their professionalism, honesty, and unwavering commitment to quality. I recommend Chow’s Automotive without reservation. Their outstanding reputation and the many glowing reviews from long-time customers are well deserved.”

“Great experience (once insurer finally approved the repair), clear communication, and ahead-of-schedule turnaround time. Really appreciate the attention to detail and also the car wash done in addition to the repairs. I do notice some cosmetic differences between the broken OEM side mirror and the replacement mirror they used, but all electrical/tilting functions work just as well as before, if not better.”
