“I scraped my car really bad while staying the weekend in SF and needed the car repaired quickly as I was leaving the city the day after. They quoted me and originally said it would take 2-4 days, but when I told them my situation they said they could get it to me by the next day and quickly started working on my car. I brought my car in Saturday morning, and they repaired the damage by afternoon the next day, which means they came in to work on it even on their day off. The car looked brand new, and they even fixed some previous scratches I had on my car for free. “So I was in an accident and my car which I'm quite fond of the right side was damaged badly the front bumper the front panel the passengers panel the rear panel and the rear bumper. My car is a 2000 Mercedes-Benz SL500 and I wasn't quite sure there'd be a shop that could repair it and restore it to its original beauty
I talked with the insurance company and I visited local shops on my own and decided I wanted to use alioto's body shop services for a couple reasons one they worked well with my insurance company to their shops were impressively well ordered and three they've been in business a very long time in the Bay area where I live they got my car in quickly and it took them only one week to fix my throughout the whole process they sent me texts updating me about the progress of my car when they got the parts when they were going to paint when they painted and when I could pick it up the pickup date they gave me was exact and sooner than I had I was relieved and overjoyed when I went to pick my car up and there it's at like it was brand new. The work they did was seamless it was like nothing had ever happened to my car they cleaned washed and waxed it inside and out and there were no delays or unexpected problems which I can tell you rarely happens anywhere with anything anytime they took great care of my car which I appreciate it and if I ever needed it I would bring a vehicle there again without question and I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews to begin with but it was such a relief to have this problem fixed in such a timely and efficient manner that I felt if someone else was in my position with a car that was in an accident that they cared about and we're at a loss for where to take it I'm sure that alioto's would be an excellent choice”

“This is the second time that Alitoto's had performed paint work for this Porsche 911 Turbo. The first time was for a rear spoiler and the most recent time was for a set of RS Fender flares. Each time, the paint matching and finish was perfect.
