“Golden Gate Auto Body had exceptional service and such supportive staff, I highly recommend this place! I recently visited to replace a tail light and fix a dented bumper. During my first visit, I was advised to order the part myself, which I appreciate as it saved me more than $400 dollars. Not only did they efficiently replace my tail light and pop the bumper back out, but they went above and beyond in their customer care. When it came to check out, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the $29 labor charge would be covered by the shop. It truly made my day. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's nice to be a local and will definitely return for any future needs.”

“I wanted to share my experience with Alioto's Garage they fixed my bmw bumper and left it like brand new, also they took care of me right away and explained detailed on how the procedure would be and along with my insurance Geico they sent me a rental guy to pick me up and bring me to the rental car to pick my choice, and Alioto's took care of my car sooner a day before of the day that I was adviced so it was awesome to pick up my car a day before! the car was washed and looked awesome I am very pleased with their service thank you so much Alioto's........”

“Thoroughly impressed from start to finish! After a collision my car needed a rear bumper replacement. Kevin told me to come in at my convenience for an estimate, which to me meant ASAP. Once the part had arrived I was once again told to come at my earliest convenience--again to me ASAP. Lo and behold, the job was going to be done the same day, I was able to pick the car up later the same afternoon and wouldn't have to face the prospect of taking my daughter on the bus to school the next day. “Once again, Will's auto body shop came through with flying colors. There was something under my car near the bumper that was scraping the ground when I drive. Took my car to Will's not having any clue how much time and money this would cost me... It took about 20 minutes and didn't cost me a dime. Romeo came out, looked at it, and was honest about his opinion. He quickly got under the car and fixed the problem. DIDN'T CHARGE ME A PENNY! I tried to pay and he refused. All OEM Subaru parts, car looks and runs like new. 2 weeks in the shop is a reasonable turn around time. All parts are lifetime warranty. “I've used Bryant Bay Area auto body for 3 occasions - rear bumper damage for my bmw m6, front bumper and full headlight replacement for my bmw m850 and a separate incident for full front bumper and left fender replacement. On each occasion Louie and Ian were incredibly professional, approachable, prompt with their quotes, transparent, and communicative. They were easily accessible over email or text throughout the process including sending pictures during the work to keep me up to speed. From a pricing perspective, while either the other party or insurance covered each incident, the final price was within the range they estimated and was reasonable vs. other shops. For the bmw m6 rear bumper damage they got the job done in 1/4 the cost of another shop nearby that also specialized in BMWs Overall I highly recommend Louie and Ian for anyone looking for a couple of nice and honest guys you can trust your luxury car with.”

“I've never expected the car repair experience would be so positive ending! I am grateful that my auto mechanic told me to go here, Avenue Body Shop when I had a puddle inside the car! Despite the fact of my brand new 2018 Honda has been having several issues and incidents since 2018 including someone hit while I wasn't inside the car (happened twice) and the sun visor on driver side was "broken" from the vey beginning but the dealer told me this happened for new cars and didn't do anything. I believed him it was just tight so it's not smooth... but Ave Body Shop told me it's broken and they order new one and fixed it with just $40. (I wonder why the dealer didn't offer this?) They also took care of something other than the problem of puddle while the car was in the shop. Most of all, Noe, Joel and Janai educated me how to take care of my car with my insurance. Their team is very nice and friendly and try to help customers. I felt they are on my side I really didn't expect this kind of experience on repair shop until now; it really exists good people! I'm sharing about this shop with my family and friends and clients.”

“I will not bring my car anywhere else! I moved out of the area a while ago and recently had my catalytic converter stolen. I spent the last 2 days trying get it replaced locally per insurance company instructions but none of the businesses were able to help. The approved service centers were super sketchy, super rude, gave me the run around telling me my car would take over a year to get back and they would charge storage fees!!!!?!!? I called my insurance and told them my area sucks and I want my car to be taken back to SF where I know I will get the best service and no BS! Called Jeff told him my situation and he said "send me the car, I will take care of it". I literally felt all of my stress melt away... thanks Jeff for always being so helpful and great at your job! “I brought my 2014 Acura ILX to have the headlights changed because I was getting tired of the yellow color of the headlight. I spoke to Vlad about it and he said they could definitely change the lights to have more of a white color (led lights) and he recommended that they put on a clear coat so that the headlight would not fog up and would be brighter. I have to say, I was extremely pleased! They did an amazing job and even though they were busy they got the car to me next day. I highly recommend the shop and will be returning for other work I want done.”

“My advisor suggested I buy a service plan instead of just paying for that one time. I agreed and asked for a copy of the agreement. He said I would get it by email. I still have not received a copy of this service agreement. I do not know exactly what I have paid for.As far as the service. It was good. But communication is poor. Lots of emails afterwards with another warranty offer and request for feedback, but nothing about the service agreement.”

“I had to get my rear brakes and four shocks replaced before I headed to Spring Training so driving from San Francisco to Phoenix was the plan. I worked with Derek and he was fantastic. Derek was informative and genuine, which is a hard thing to find I believe in the auto repair world. Any time I texted or called, Derek was there to answer my questions or concerns. I also got my car back two days earlier than expected so all in all, it was the best experience I have had in San Francisco for auto repair since I moved here.”
