Our cat pooped in his cat carrier in the staff quickly cleaned the cat and the cat carrier for us. Unfortunately, they couldn't help us with him pooping on the way home. They also gave us options of treatment based on cost. They didn't force us into buying their products I am very happy with this Vet friend.
