We stay here often when we come to the city. It's a great spot close to shows and a wonderful little area called Hays Valley filled with food and shops. Walking distance to the Opera House, Civic Center Bill Gram center, and many other theater and performance venues.

Daniel is a hotel god. We are so lucky that he greeted us. I inadvertently booked the rooms for the wrong night. He not only got us a room, but helped us get a refund. He had great suggestions for dinner. We would have been so lost without him. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were wonderful.

Comfortable bed. Decent shower. Good location close to Muni. Friendly desk. Good value.
