I'm not a needy person by any means, but the service here was non existent. Might as well ship online. It's usually cheaper online anyway.

It’s was surprisingly easy trip to the Ray-Ban store. Rich had put aside a set of Ray Ban Metas for me and they were waiting when I arrived. Nice lady helped me out, no fuss. She explained the warranty and was friendly. Nice job team RayBan SF!
