The customer service at Redwood Credit Union was superb. I needed to open another account along with my other accounts and the process was smooth and friendly. I highly recommend banking with Redwood Credit Union. If you do not belong to a credit union, belong to this one!

I would love to share the experience I had at Redwood credit union.Let me start with I first met the staff when they came to my work place.Taking there time to come and talk to us about financial services and planning.I just recently purchased a new car and wanted to refinance to a lower rate.and they assured me that they could help me.They did just that.Not only did they help me to cut my rate in halfBut were able to help me lower my monthly payments.at the same time helped me with a new credit card at a rate one third the interest I had been paying at my old bank.I have never been so happy with a bank this much.mellissa hail.andsami gowara.helped me every step of the way.They left me no doubt that I were in good financial hands.I feel I have met the bank I will be with for years to come.

I didn't expect much when I walked in this morning to get help depositing a check in my account. I met Sami who gave me what seemed like VIP treatment? It was obvious to me that Sami had a genuine desire to really help me. He wasn't imposing at all. Instead gave me great suggestions on how to continue working on my credit. A big shot out to RedWood Credit Union and their awesome staff.I encourage everyone to check them out for any of your banking needs.

I asked for help yo get a new bank account because my account had fraudulent charges. after getting transferred over there was no communication on what my problem was with the next representative. I was on the phone for over an hour! Ridiculous! I hate it here! negative stars!

My phone simple phone question took 9 different transfers, a supervisor and one last transfer to finally get to a person smart enough to answer. Bad, since I have a lot of money with this credit union.

I am part of the Redwood Credit Union community since 2014 and they just helped me since then. I have never had a problem with them and my experience is just wonderful. The difference with a normal bank is pretty obvious and you feel it in the way they work with you: they are here to help not to make money with you.

Yo cash a check as a non member. I had to sit and wait forever! No literally like 20 mins AT LEAST BEFORE someone came to me and then even longer after that point to get the check cashed. This place is ridiculous. This is more of a counseling office than a bank. A bunch of meeting rooms. I don't know kinda horse sh*r they have going on here in a city with no parking but his s*** is ridiculous! And Derrick the new guy that "just arrived" in SF is rude af!!! And then to make matters wors they had them in turn right me a check back to me for the left over after the last $5 increment, because everything is "ran through the atms." The dumbest s*** I've ever heard of

Leah was amazing ! Very welcoming , I thought I was going to leave without making an account and she did her best to assist me and give me options. Walked me through everything , I didn't even have any questions . Left feeling secured , welcomed and accomplished. I highly recommend this location . Didn't take as long as I thought .
