Customer service sucked... but that's kinda run of the mill and to be expected in San Francisco. Other than that, no complaints.

This Safeway is one of the better ones in San Francisco, they are well stocked and very few items that I need to wait for staff assistance, which becomes problematic when rushing to get in and out of the store.
