Emerson helped me pick pointe shoes! We went through several brands and sizes and eventually landed on Merlet! They also helped me sew the ribbons and elastic ribbons and showed me how to tie them. They’ve been very helpful and patient. Will def visit again! Highly recommend if you’re in SF area!

Customer service is top notch. My daughter was spending the summer in town for a dance intensive and the staff was great on the phone helping me get what I needed and helping me figure out how to get it to her dorm the same day. They were lifesavers.
