“For me, this is a special occasion shoe store. The designs are unmistakably Fluevog, and you can definitely justify buying for that fantasy someday party in your head. Yes, pretty pricey, but every shoe is very well made. They occasionally have very good sales, and many of the shoes are actually practical. I've given up on heels, but if you wear them, this place is your dream store. The looks aren't for everyone. The boots have this styling that says hipster renaissance gnome to me. They finally made some awesome chukka shoes in brown, pink, or green, with matching soles. Not high heel, actually comfortable, I'm eyeing a my second pair. They're really heavy, which my shoemaker tells me is because they aren't hollow like cheap shoes & sneakers. Did take some getting used to, as my shoe collection is mostly slippers with outside wearable soles. Anyway, this is a must-see shoe store, and you'll definitely find something that speaks to your soul. (Sorry).”

“Caleb provided the best fitting experience I’ve ever had. He filmed me run and analyzed my gait. He then had me try 6 different shoes, running around the block in each pair. Surely enough his first pick was the best one, so he got it right from the start.I’ve had $1000 ski boot fittings that were not as intricate as this fitting. Everything was explained to the detail.Would recommend this place to everyone.”

“Not ONLY do they have beautiful clothing and accessories here, Kumi and the other staff at Sou Sou are the most kind hearted store clerks I've ever met.My daughter lost a little trinket in their bathroom sink (honestly, it was just a little light that came with a bubble tea), and they literally put everything aside to do whatever they could to try to retrieve it.The care they put into my daughter's feelings were consistent with the care they had put into me when I was looking for clothing. “James, thank you so much for helping me select the right shoes for my feet. I was looking for pickle ball and walking shoes. I had spent a couple hours the day before at Sports Basement trying on multiple pairs of shoes, many of which were on sale. I left overwhelmed because nothing seemed to fit well, and no one from the floor staff came over to check in or offer any advice. The first thing James did was scan and measure my feet. I don't think my feet had been measured since I was a kid, and honestly it was a really nice feeling. Well, it turns out that all this time, I had been wearing shoes that were both too small and too narrow for me. I knew my feet had spread after pregnancy. I just did not realize how much. Also, I had developed asymmetric bunions. James gave me a couple pairs to try on. They were so much bigger and bulkier than what I was used to, but I could tell they fit my feet better. I bought two pairs (with the 2nd pair discounted). I just spent a couple of hours walking around in the pickle ball shoes and I am shocked at how comfortable they are. Clearly, I have not been wearing the right shoes all this time. James, you have earned a loyal customer with your A+ service. You were so helpful, patient and knowledgable. And you were able to help me while also juggling 5 other customers who came into the store while I was there! Thank you again!”

“Great location in the height. Good and friendly service. Beside a wide selection and if they don't have it, they can order it for ya. Value, the price is a little high compared to online but they have to cover cost for brick and motor some how and you get to try the product on before you buy so no need to ship back 5 time looking for the right fit. “Stop here every time we are in the city. It's like a museum of artfully designed shoes and boots, but you can actually purchase them (if you've saved your $$ or are well off. Artistry comes at a price. But luckily they often have sales also, so best to keep tabs if you've got your eye on something. I've had a Fluevog collection going for a few years now and can't quit them even though some of them aren't that comfortable- but hell, not many shoes are. And with as gorgeous as these are, the slight pain isn't too much of a deterrent. This is the brand that leads the way for others to be bold and badass. Love love love.”

“One of my favorite go to sneaker spots to visit in San Francisco. Mike, the owner of the shop is one of the nicest and down to earth people I've met. The shop has a great variety of shoes ranging from the crazy hyped stuff all the way down to the more general releases. They also have a really cool selection of hype clothing including Supreme and Bape. There are several other sneaker consignment stores in the San Francisco area, however most of the other ones will extremely lowball offer you on shoes you are trying to sell. Mike and team have always been really fair with their pricing.Definitely go check them out and buy from them. The only thing to be ready for is the time it takes to find parking. Due to the shop being on a very busy street, it could be a bit challenging to find parking. Plan accordingly. Even with that, they shop is a definite cool spot and you can check out the other cools stores in the area.Shout out to Mike and the team for running a great business.”
