Terrible experience with this company, they delayed a package I ordered from one of their merchants then were completely unresponsive about a resolution. If you are an e-commerce brand that values your customers I would steer clear of this company.

I don’t recommend this company at all!I had a shipment surcharge dispute with UPS that is their mistake and the Shippo customer service did not helped me!Don’t use Shippo if you want to save money and time!! There’re a lot competitors that works a lot better as PirateShip, BikeFlights….
