“I never thought I’d be blown away by customer service at a shipping store but was I ever! The most elite customer service hands down. I am moving across the country and brought in separate packaged boxes and it was going to cost over $600. The man who helped me found an extra large box to fit all of them, and used a tool to make the extra large box they were all in smaller to fit certain shipping requirements and brought the cost down to $300! While he was doing this he was extremely friendly and greeted other customers as they walked in. Very grateful!”

“I usually go to Union Post SF to retrieve packages that UPS re-routed from my apartment building, which is pretty convenient. Today, I visited for notary public services for an urgent financial document due tomorrow. The folks there provided EXCELLENT service w/ attention to details, and were gracious and professional. My form was 4 pages and it took some time to fill it out. They prepped their document, set up for notarizing, and patiently waited for me to finish for whenever I was ready. I paid the $15 standard notary fee. They have all kinds of services, like: UPS/Fedex delivery package holding, printing & copying, notarizing, shipping, mailbox leasing, etc. Check out their website, and visit this store on Geary nr 19th Av. and you'll see how much they could make your life easier.”

“I go to this UPS Store pretty regularly — sometimes to return or pick up packages, but often to print things for work — and the team here is consistently excellent. Carlos and Lars are incredibly competent and keep everything moving smoothly, even when the line is out the door. I’ve had plenty of technical issues with printing, and they always know exactly how to troubleshoot without ever showing stress or frustration.
I was also there when Erin was in training, and Erin went above and beyond as well. It’s clear this location takes pride in doing things right.
I’m genuinely impressed with how steady, knowledgeable, and efficient the staff is. Five stars all the way.”

We worked with Paul on a pretty expensive and complicated order. Paul was gracious, patient and helpful. The order had to be completed yesterday like all orders typically are. The result was a happy boss which is priceless.
I've also placed simple personal orders online. Paul was just as thorough and professional for a $5.00 order.

The counter person said I should send it priority mail because the envelope was larger and easier to see - he gave me the pro/con of my envelope vs. the priority envelope. It made sense.”

It's a small business and the folks are friendly. Skipping package overseas or getting expedited passport service can be surprisingly costly, but they're not trying to take advantage of you. If you check FedEx ir DHL you'll see just how expensive it is! Expidited passports are also expensive, but it's pretty tricky. Go online and see what's involved if you want to double check
I recommend them, though i wish they'd stay open until 6 pm.”

“The owner, Z, is incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. I’ve used their Live Scan fingerprinting service, and the whole process was smooth and convenient.
One of the best things about this location is that you can drop off USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages all in one place. It saves so much time not having to go to multiple locations. While I haven’t personally used their other services, I believe they also offer document printing and passport photos.
Overall, excellent customer service. Highly recommend!”
