“I go to this UPS Store pretty regularly — sometimes to return or pick up packages, but often to print things for work — and the team here is consistently excellent. Carlos and Lars are incredibly competent and keep everything moving smoothly, even when the line is out the door. I’ve had plenty of technical issues with printing, and they always know exactly how to troubleshoot without ever showing stress or frustration.
I was also there when Erin was in training, and Erin went above and beyond as well. It’s clear this location takes pride in doing things right.
I’m genuinely impressed with how steady, knowledgeable, and efficient the staff is. Five stars all the way.”

We worked with Paul on a pretty expensive and complicated order. Paul was gracious, patient and helpful. The order had to be completed yesterday like all orders typically are. The result was a happy boss which is priceless.

“Really appreciated the kindness and patience of the lady who helped me here. I came in around 6:52 p.m., just before the 7 p.m. closing time, and was struggling to figure out how to get my files printed. She offered me a USB drive to try, and when it was already 6:56, she told me not to worry and to take my time.
She ended up letting me stay several minutes past closing while I figured out the Print & Go option. She was patient, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the whole thing.

“The owner, Z, is incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. I’ve used their Live Scan fingerprinting service, and the whole process was smooth and convenient.
One of the best things about this location is that you can drop off USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages all in one place. It saves so much time not having to go to multiple locations. While I haven’t personally used their other services, I believe they also offer document printing and passport photos.
Overall, excellent customer service. Highly recommend!”
