I would not recommend this company, had a shipment surcharge dispute and their customer service did not go the extra mile. Had supporting docs and they did not do right by me. Reputation is vital in business and if there is any lesson for Shippo to learn it is that this negative review will hurt more.

They are now ignoring my emails, they won’t provide me any details on my package that was supposed to be shipped a month ago. They aren’t refunding me the “refundable insurance fee” they claimed would be Guaranteed.I really wouldn’t recommend this shipping service if you can help it.First 2 weeks they were very helpful and worked on the problems, but it all went down hill and they up and left with my money and package.

Shippo is a great service for the price! I have been using them for a few years now and really like how streamlined it is with my BigCommerce store. I recently had an issue with one of my shipping providers and Amanda in customer service went to bat for us and helped us fix the problem. Would recommend them for any small businesses shipping needs.
