Maybe should have checked the reviews before dropping by. This place has forgotten the meaning of being in retail. The staff looks bored and makes a face when you ask to check for shoe sizes (with the display shoe already brought to them). Must be a corporate culture; went to the Serramonte branch and got the same attitude.

I had a good experience at this Shoe Palace location. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the shoe that I liked in my size, however, the people working there were helpful. The place itself was also clean and organized. Overall, it’s a good place to visit.
