Brought in jeans for a hem. The first hem came loose so I returned for a redo. The redo introduced new damage and when I asked for a refund I was refused and was told it was my fault. Was offered a third attempt which I declined given two consecutive failures. $38 for work that damaged my jeans.

Came here to get two doors hemmed and was quoted $128 dollars or more. I came back 30 mins later to take my garments elsewhere and the store owner told me it had already been shipped off (seems unlikely) and the cancellation fee is $56 per garment. Absurd.
