The lady who works downstairs in the parking lot is very rude and arrogant, she wanted to hit us with another car so that we could move. Be careful when delivering your vehicle to this lady because she works for Sixt. Leave the claim at reception. take into account

Skylar gave us great service after a mix up where the car we had booked had gone because of our delayed arrival. He arranged for an upgrade replacement and waived some fees for us. Great service!
