Overall, the rental process was quick and hassle-free, which I really liked. However, while it wasn’t a huge deal, we were assigned a different vehicle from the specific model we had chosen and reserved.

Nice staff. Clean cars. Free coffee. No line at 10:30am Monday but 20 minute line at 11:30am. Good prices. Driving through the parking garage is very tight. Phone support is easy!
