The products are great, but good luck with their customer service. I've sent them three emails so that they help me with a return... Never received a response.

I love the design of the merchandise, however ordering through their Website is a pain. I didn’t want to, but Teacollection Company support advised to open an account with their company and only after that I could place my order. No guest option.

Most online clothing companies have free returns with the company you have to pay shipping if your order is below $150 and you have to pay to ship back. How to know if the items fit right .. I am going to pay $18 dollars just to try out the clothes.
