“This is a large Uniqlo store located minutes away from downtown San Francisco… easy to get to by public transportation. Lots of excellent-quality stylish clothing… more choices than at a standard Uniqlo store in Europe. I appreciate the knowledgeable and customer service-oriented staff. One of them, Jonah, is absolutely awesome. I appreciate his exemplary and much appreciated assistance.”

“This Athleta is beautifully organized and eye catching on entrance. The staff is warm and super knowledgeable. They work together to get answers and recommendations. One person stands out from all, though. Maria is clearly in total leadership mode. She makes the moves to execute efficiently. She thinks independently for solutions. I had one garment that was not available here, but at the Embarcadero Store. We bought it through them and they’re shipping it to my home. Now, you may be saying, what’s the big deal? Well, Athleta online never sent the garment. This combined with getting to this other location would be more time consuming and make me say ciao to buying from Athleta. Maria recognizes and fosters the fine art of the customer relationship. I can say first-hand that this hasn’t happened in a few other stores that I no longer support. Another thing: Naria is authentically warm and has hi ‘em esteem for her profession. Someone at the lead like that influences the vibe of the rest of the team. It’s clear Maria is a 20 on a 10 scale. Hope Athleta rewards her for such universal loyalty. I’ll be back at the Fillmore Store for sure!”

“I came in today and was welcome by Moises very great customer service. I had purchased a pair of Gucci boots for my birthday and when I got home and started walking around the house my feet began to hurt. I could not continue to keep the shoe and it completely ruined my outfit for that night. I came to Gucci today to exchange and they were very understanding and compromise with me. I tried on the same boot but a bigger size the for some reason the boot material just did not work with my feet. I began to look around the store and saw a Gucci purse and Gucci scarf I liked. The end result I spent more money in the store overall I was sooo happy with the end result. I rather be happy with what I’m buying and feel comfortable wearing it. Also another Gucci employee by the name Andre was fantastic offered me water but I requested champagne lol he was so amazing they both were. Cheers ?”

“I absolutely love their sample sales and try to buy their clothing as much as I can. A few requests/suggestions: for sample sales, it would be great to separate days by size to reduce crowding. Having all sizes every day gets too hectic and impossible to find a place to sort. What about a day for sizes N-6 and another for 7-16? Also, the larger sizes are always low- how about making more large size inventory - they will definitely sell. But, thank you, thank you for making size 16 for boys!!! A lot of competitors are pulling out of the larger sizes so it's a win-win for you and for our large kiddos (my son is 9 and wearing a size 16). Thank you for the online sales, too (a lot of parents can't afford the full price items but love your clothing.”

“The designs at Zara are top-notch—always ahead of the curve! Love the latest collection at this Zara location. They always have the hottest runway trends available immediately. The store was packed, but the clothes were organized by style, making it easy to find trendy blazers and dresses. Great place to get high-end looking fashion at reasonable prices. However, I feel the quality has been decreasing. Some items, especially blazers and blouses, felt fragile, with loose buttons and threads after only a few wears. It's great for one-season wear, but don't expect it to last forever. Sizing can also be tricky, usually running smaller than other brands. Still one of my favorite brands. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and helpful.”
