Great customer service. The Parking was a little expensive, but worth it do to the car break in situations in San Francisco. Parking attendant was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice with a city view, bed was really comfortable. I enjoyed my stay would consider this hotel again in future.

I like this place. The people who work here, are helpful when asked, but stay off my back for the most part. I stay here with the wife and walk about a mile to oracle park to watch the giants. Its not the four seasons, but who needs all that up tight bs anyway...

Great location but this place has seen better days. Old and charming but it looks a bit rundown and could use some cleaning. Things like when you get off the elevator and the first thing you see is a.bumch of stains on the carpet, the baseboards are dirty, etc...
