About The Utah Inn
The Utah Inn offers a budget-friendly accommodation option in a convenient downtown location, though guests should be aware of the property's limitations. Situated within a 10-minute walk of the Moscone Center, the inn provides basic but clean rooms at around $50 per night, making it a good value for those attending events in the area. While the rooms are generally sufficient, with comfortable beds and working WiFi, the inn lacks some standard amenities. There is no air conditioning, and street noise can be an issue, so earplugs are recommended. Bathrooms are shared and located in the hallways, and the rooms do not have trash cans, mini-fridges, or water fountains. The television placement is also less than ideal for viewing from the bed. Despite these shortcomings, the Utah Inn delivers on its promise of affordable lodging. The staff is described as helpful, and the property is considered safe and clean. Guests recommend taking advantage of the free street parking on Walsh Street, as the inn itself does not offer designated parking. Overall, while the Utah Inn may not be luxurious, it provides a no-frills, budget-friendly option for those seeking convenient access to downtown San Francisco attractions and events.
This lady rocked it for a host. Beds and room were kinda small, but comfortable. Shared bathroom but very clean. And being the paranoid person I am I put a marker in the door that was still there hours laterthe first night and again the next day same thing.

the hotel was great but the service was dreadful. the family that runs the place is so rude and finds fault in all of the customers. they are also not afraid of conflict. i will find another establishment when i come back.

Rooms are noisy. Bed was clean, shared restroom and bathroom, bar below the hotel. No lifts, not for wheelchair accessibility. Carry your own luggage yourself upstairs
