“I just bought a used bike from them ( They are now SoSo Cycles, but originally SF BMW, after taking on Yamaha). I dealt exclusively with Joey, nice guy easy going. Good communication through out the process. He did what he said he would do and had the paperwork ready when I paid for the bike. I received the title and plate within 2 weeks which was nice. Overall, a nice medium sized shop BMWs and Yamahas. Parking is on the street which can be challenging during the week, to be expected in SF. It’s only about a mile from Cal train station which was convenient for me when I picked up the bike. I would have no problem recommending them. Much better than San Jose BMW, in my experience.”
“Great service, communication, and overall experience. CARSTAR Sunset Auto Reconstruction worked on my wife's 2022 Volvo XC60 for a car rear passenger side door fix. They are easy to work with, sent text message updates on progress, and were very helpful in fixing a paint buffing issue that we noticed after leaving the shop. I would go back there for service and would recommend the shop for auto body work.”

“This auto shop went above and beyond on repairing the front bumper of my Subaru Forester. They found I had a few more scratches to the different areas then I had previously seen and they ended up repairing the whole thing. They were great giving updates to the whole process and they completed the whole repair in less than 24 hours! I cannot recommend this body shop more!”

“I was stranded in Santa Rosa when, unexpectedly, there was an ABCmalfunction as indicated on the dash display, and my car's steering was disabled. It was 40 miles to the dealership in San Rafael, California. AAA's tow truck (Norcal Supreme Towing) was there in about a half hour. Loading my Mercedes onto the flat bed and tying it down took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way with me as a passenger in the cab. The driver and I had an extremely enjoyable conversation on the way back. I've had this experience more than a few times in the past and it has always been awful. This time, however, and unbelievably, I found myself enjoying the entire experience, awed by the driver's ability to do his job quickly and efficiently as well as his exuberant personality and friendly attitude. “Sucks to have your car towed. Cost over $650 to retrieve my car — with a discount since it was the first time it was towed. Staff were professional. Retrieved my car in about 7 minutes as there was no line about 6:30 pm on a weekday. I then had to pay the parking ticket. Lesson: carefully read parking signs in San Francisco. Expensive. Use a garage if you must.”
“I had just bought a car only had it for 2mo and for the time i had it this tow truck was all ways around looking at this car we're i live every day i come home i cont park my car without them putting a tad on it so when I came out to get it my car I was towed and now i don't see it around here anymore it's a scam so they can get a car that they can sell security guard that works in our complex in the tow truck drivers is family that's what happened to me Golden gate toll is what stole my car so if you have a nice looking car don't trust me if you see a tow truck keep running around by your car watch out cuz they want it so they can get it and steal it”
