United Club at Concourse E (E4) at SFO is a small but modern lounge that offers a comfortable space for travelers waiting for their flights. Inside, guests find a bright and well-lit environment with a large seating area, including seats in the middle and along the walls, as well as a few couches and stools at a long countertop with multiple electrical outlets. The lounge features a food area with a variety of options, including meatballs with marinara, salads, ham and cheese sandwiches, a build-your-own taco bar, and desserts. There is also a bar with complimentary alcoholic drinks like beer and wine, along with a coffee machine, espresso, and a freestyle Coke machine. The lounge is kept very clean, thanks to attentive staff who regularly restock food, clean tables, and maintain the bathrooms, which are also kept spotless. While the lounge is generally comfortable and has great amenities, it can get crowded, especially during busy times, making it difficult to find a seat. Visitors often wait for 20 minutes or more for a spot, which can be frustrating. Some feel that the lounge should limit entry when full or implement a waitlist system. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, with friendly staff and good food, especially for those looking for a quick, relaxing space before a flight. The lounge also offers nice views of United activity through large windows. Overall, it is a convenient, clean, and pleasant place to wait, though it may be crowded at peak times.

Has to be the worst United lounge. Very small, super crowded, terrible bathrooms - public ones are honestly better. Wanted to give 1 star but they had a waffle station which is worth a bump.

They begin their day at this lounge by putting up this banner first. Worst lounge experience! The lounge was almost empty and still doesn't accept United Pass!
