I’ve had a private box here for some months now and it has made my life so much easier. Packages get delivered without issues, the staff is so kind and helpful (Shout out Alan and Jenny). The store is organized and service is as quick as possible even when it’s busy. I love the ease of having a safe place to get packages delivered.

Charges $4 to print an Amazon return label. Shipping is only $6. Is almost as cheap to order a new return as it is to print a $.03 4x6 label. Other locations don’t do this

Returned headphones for repair. Instructions from Samsung said shipping was free, but the store tried to charge for the envelope.

Had a great experience at the UPS Store on Van Ness. Jenny went out of her way to help me find my package and even helped me figure out how to carry it when she saw how bulky it was. Super kind and thoughtful—really appreciated it!

I visited UPS for the first time and I didn’t know how to send a package. I told the same to the rep in the store and he helped me and guided me with every thing in detail. The process was smooth and he was really kind assisting me.

Went at lunch time to drop off a Temu return, 3 employees manned the counter and a pleasant young lady helped me by printing a UPS label and taping up my package. I was in and out in less than 1 minute. Great service at this location.

Had a horrible mailing experience. I have mailed two Boxes during in one week with same destination address and other info, one BOX got through and another was returned. I called UPS and they said that for the missing BOX, the recipient's info is missing so the building is not able to take the package. Now they asked me to go back to the store again and re pay to mail again however I am not in SF
