An excellent post office. The staff work very quickly and are polite. I needed to send a heavy parcel, and a lovely staff member provided a trolley for the large, heavy box I had brought from home—a very kind gesture. We went in to drop off 2 packages for return. Jacob was there alone with 4 different customer groups. But he was so efficient and stellar at his job! He updated us on wait times and helped us in less than 10 mins. Great experience!

I just recently moved to SF and needed to ship some things I did not need back to my parents, and I think this employee’s name was Jacob or something, but he was so wonderful and helpful. Customer service was 10/10. He made me feel at home in a new place!!
