Nothing new - the older Asian worker at the store is so appallingly behaved that he has severely damaged the revenue and reputation of this store. He refused us notary services for arbitrary power trip reasons, and not for the first time. Guess what? We went to another UPS to get the same service immediately, with courtesy and no issue.

The older Asian guy is so rude and condescending. There’s a way of saying things without sounding like a jerk to your customers. His attitude was totally unprovoked and not warranted. Walked in with a good mood and walked out pissed. Even though this location is convenient for me, I’m gonna go somewhere else cause I don’t need to deal with that negativity.

Today I watched as Mario and his coworker deftly handled a room full of customers. It included a woman with multiple packages, an elderly couple trying to figure out paperwork, and my complicated print job. They did it with ease and friendliness. Great experience

Despite my better judgment after having bad experiences from a single employee at this UPS in the past, I went back to this location again today and he was working. He was condescending and I had to ask him to not raise his voice at me. Needless to say, won’t be back. The folks at the location on Post Street are so much nicer.

Return was fine. They will charge you for anything and everything. They charged me $1.00 for about 14 inches of tape. Then, I didn't have cash, so they charged $1.75. Just nickle and dime you. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, it's fillmore in SF.
Update: they commented on my review empathizing with my frustration. This shows they read these but don't want to change their practices. It was only $1.75, but it's a matter of customer service. I'll avoid this place for returns or any services. Lost a customer for a small fee. Hope it was worth it.

I dread needing to return something at this location. I will literally drive further away to not have to deal with the guy who works at this location. He’s so rude and makes it so uncomfortable to the do the simplest task. Please find some customer service staff that are not misanthropic please.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. It's important to maintain a respectful and professional tone when addressing customers, regardless of the situation. If a package is not packed according to their standards, the appropriate response would be to politely request that the customer return to the store, rather than raising their voice in front of other customers. This behavior is unacceptable, and I felt disrespected during the interaction. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered such treatment at this location.

Upsetting aggressive behavior from the gentleman working the counter today. Seems to be a personal issue best dealt with at home or with professionals. Will not return, felt unsafe.
