Waste of time, employees are rude.
I already went to this area for a live scan twice the first time it messed up with the employees were really nice on Monday however when I went on Wednesday I walked in and I immediately got hit with attitude with one of the employees behind the counter.
I found it unnecessary but I just stayed and waited as i saw an employee standing there calling as ig the computer was messing up for the live scans.
3 of us were waiting when they told two of us to go down the block to get it done, never mind I barely walked in there and I guess two other women were already waiting for so long so like why didn’t they just tell us in the first place while they’re trying to get this handled?
So now i go down the block to get it done but come to find out they arent even able to do it…
Like seriously? Just wasted an hour of my time
seriously, these employees need better training.

So appreciate the courtesy of taking the time to help me get my product back in the box to return. Zeke was very patient in assisting and was able to do it. I was worried and tried my hardest at home but was unable too. This was a huge relief. Appreciate both Zeke and Ezekiel’s willingness to offer high quality customer service support for me.

After a shipping fail by UPS (corporate), I received amazing customer service from this store's employees and owner, who resolved the issue quickly while I was out of the country. I highly recommend using this location for your shipping needs.

Very efficient when you go early in the morning!! I came in today at 830am to drop off stuff and Carlos had me out of there in less than 2 mins. Really recommend coming in before business hours!

The worker Carlos seemed unhappy and had an attitude, and I find that several people say the same. Customer service MATTERS.

Aubrey was brilliant at the UPS office on Geary in the San Francisco Richmond District. I came in with almost an impossible request: a tall Dyson air purifier, no shipping box, no pre-printed return form and just a repair reference number from the manufacturer. She didn’t flinch. She investigated what the store could do and made it happen, even with a line of people waiting behind me. I was not told to stand aside while they helped other customers. They boxed up my air purifier, it got to its destination, the repair center fixed it, and sent it back to me, all within about a week. I was blown away by all this. Great Customer Service still exists in this world.
