If I could give a zero I would. In fact I recommend that the government shut this joint down. Useless. Completely useless. I go to ship item and I have shipping label on my phone hoping to print. I also hope to purchase a box. They can’t do either for me. First time I ask about printing label and she advises that I go to library. ?. Why would I do that? Y’all should be able to do that. I come back with no box because I want to buy box and they tell me they only have one type of box. What are you good for? Yeah go ahead and shut this down, open a chipotle or something

I was expecting waaaay worse by the reviews. The line was short, the staff was friendly, I got what I needed in a timely and effective fashion. Above average postal experience

If I could give this office negative 10 I would. Always 1 person only working, always attitude, and finally local post master wouldn't answer to my complaints that they have very challenged employee who's been delivering my mail constantly to wrong mailboxes. Life saving medications, sensitive mail from government offices, immigration documents, and passports, you name it, this guy has managed to misplace anything imaginable. Some of it was retrieved by neighbors from their mailboxes, horrified by incompetence, some had to be resent as it was misplaced real good. What does it take to fire an ixxxt like this? You literally have an employee destroying people's lives. Half my building constantly looking for a mail. Horrible. We are doomed. Incompetent rule rn.

Seven years after my earlier review, USPS service continues to be very inconsistent. My neighbor's mail is delivered to my mailbox on a weekly basis. One of my neighbors just reported the theft of mailed credit cards and debit cards while his mail was on hold at the USPS service center.My most recent experience was mailing an antique ceramic statue through USPS parcel to a buyer. The item was double boxed with layers of foam between boxes and copiously marked fragile. When the buyer received the item, the box side was smashed in and the statue was severely damaged. We have worse delivery services from Fed Ex than USPS. The USPS delivery person consistently notifies us when an item is delivered so we can retrieve it before it is stolen, whereas Fed Ex leaves items conspicuously outside without delivery notification.San Francisco does not arrest nor prosecute for package theft so I really appreciate this extra thoughtfulness by our USPS mailman.

Called 1800 number and they confirmed my package was there. When I ge there front desk lady was rude and said my packs was not available told me to give her my name and number and they will call me. I told her I had called the 1800 number and item is at location. Request to speak to a manager and she blew me off and continued to help the next customer. Very bad customer service!!!!

The place is open on google from 9am to 5pm but I was there 4 pm and I found it closed and I took pictures to the place to confirm this because I walked 15 minutes to go there and then find it closedThey should update the time and schedule in google or say that the place is permanently closedMy question isDoes the place still open ?????Be

I came here about a week ago and just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the workers for maintaining order and being so pleasant and helpful. After I got to the front, I stepped aside to fix my package, the worker had told me to skip the line and come to the front whenever I was done. When I was ready to go back, this other customer stepped in front of me and insisted that she was there before me and kept giving me the “shoo” motion even though I had already stepped back. Super rude, but I didn’t want to make a big deal. However, the worker noticed I was waiting and motioned me to come up to the front immediately. It may not seem like a big deal but I’m very grateful that the workers noticed these small things and did their best to treat everyone fairly.

Supposed to open at 9... 30 minutes later, full line of customers waiting, and the only staff member says she is not opening for several more minutes. Get your act together!

The location is located in a prime area. I decided to stop by to send some items for return. The staff is lovely but there are short staffs. If you are in a hurry. This is not a place for you. I only three people ahead of me. I've been waiting for 15mins now.

I'm at this post office right now trying to mail out a package. The entire post office is unmanned, keys in post boxes and everything. They've left a sign on the door saying" out for lunch, back in 1 hour" with no time of when they left. I've been here for 10 minutes and there is another woman here who says she'd been waiting for 15 minutes before I walked in. I don't know what's going on, but this is strange and unprofessional.

Paid over $60 for Priority shipping overseas. Package never shipped, it just disappeared!
