Super helpful staff at this branch, they're happy to guide you through things. Since snail mailing things is a rarity, that is much-needed thing. Pretty large location, has envelopes, stamp machine and everything else you'd need. Closest to SoMa/MIssion Bay and relatively less crowded. You can get done in 20 mins.
