Worst company ever It took them more than 6 months to give me a refund for an iPhone that I bought there, my sister didn't want the phone I returned it the next day they told me you'll get the check back in 2 months, didn't receive the check and went back to the store ? they told me we haven't sent any check ? they opened an investigation process that is a waste of time, don’t waste your time using this service + they charge more than they say… the only good service I received it was from Apolo good customer service…

I was walking down Market Street and saw the Verizon store was not busy. I wanted to compare plans with T-Mobile to see if they could offer me a better 55+ plan for my 2 phones. I opened the door and 5 employees who were within 10 feet of the door all stopped talking. There was not another customer in sight. I was greeted with "Hey big guy, what can I do for you" as I was still standing in the doorway. I said that I wanted to see what their 55+ plan was like and if they had a discount. He said he didn't think they had one but asked his expert who said if you call and prove your age you get $10 or $20 off. I asked which it was $10 or $20 and he said I had to call the Verizon number. I never even made it into the store. I was also interested in an upgrade to iPhone 15 but he never even asked what else I needed. Were was the courtesy and concern? I couldn't imagine what they were even doing in the store if not selling phones and service to new customers.

These people are rude beyond anything I have ever experienced. I went there five times to only be insulted with many fake excuses why they were unable to honor any of the advertised promotions.

Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Don't do business here. Read the reviews and then read the canned responses. They never admit to the serious problems at this store, never admit that they totally screw their customers, never fix their mistakes, and never tell the truth. STAY AWAY!

Tried to add a line, the store manager and sales rep couldn’t figure out the basics after over an hour here. Kept charging different prices than the website. Couldn’t explain how the bill was made up. Another customer next to me also left after 90 mins and they couldn’t resolve his issues. Avoid this store if possible

Horrible their staff was nice but, the phone center misinformed me. They were very misleading. Blatant failure to provide and relay vital information.

This is the worst store I'd ever been to. The experience is so bad I'm switching carriers. Do yourself a favor and just don't even go in here. Unbelievable how bad the employees at this store are.

Great customer service at this location. Everyone at the store is really nice to you and the manager Kevin has been especially helpful in getting some upgrade/trade in issues I had resolved that I couldn’t do over the automated phone system. This is the best experience I’ve had being helped by Verizon store staff!

This is a story about the helpful staff in the Market Street store. Earlier this week, my old phone broke. Seeking a replacement, I walked to the Verizon store to examine my options. Kevin helped me replace my beloved (and broken) iPhone 7. I needed to upgrade, but also wanted a phone with a small size. He assured me that the compact SE would meet my requirements and deliver a massive upgrade from the 7. He was right. Here's the kicker: During the checkout process, Kevin also found a promotion so the phone ended up costing wayyyy under $200! WOW! I would not have sourced the phone or the deal without Kevin's help.

Verizon doesn't have knowledgeable employees. Even if you buy a phone from Verizon, you'll need to go to Apple support. Verizon won't issue a receipt and charges $50 to return item within 30 days even if there's an issue with phone. Apple let's you return free of charge within 14 days. Amazon also let's you return free of charge within 30 days.

It took 15 mins to get my new 5g hotspot hub, from the phone call to going into the store (30mins). Astonishing service and customer support by Paul. Countless screaming with ATT and TMobile was making my head pop. I came in here and felt as if I was going to the grocery store. Such ease such bliss.

30 minutes before the store closing, I decided to rush in to add an extra line in my device. Alex greeted me and helped for not only adding the new line but also organized my ipads in the same plan. All done in 30 minutes. Professional and pleasant. Excellent job! I really appreciate it.
