Took 30 mins just to talk to someone who ended up being incompetent and took a phone call while "helping" me. My expectations should have been a lot lower.The next day I ordered an iPhone for in-store pickup that was in-stock and should have been ready the same day. 3 days later it still wasn't ready for pickup. I wasn't going to go in and spend another half hour waiting. I just went ahead and switched to AT&T.

Unfortunately, Verizon is basically a scam, and this is a Victra with additional fees on top of the already ridiculous Verizon fees. I've been charged activation fees twice per line and the sticker price conveniently ignores 20 dollars a month in extra fees. Also don't buy a case here since they rip you off. The store smelled like mold and was understaffed.The sales associates were great and friendly, but I can't recommend anyone go to this store unless the want to spend a ton of dollars in hidden fees.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service from the young man with the braided rat tail. Adding insult to injury, he repeatedly referred to me as 'BRO' and then called me an imbecile as I left the store. I've never been treated like this at a Verizon store! Very disappointing.

This is where competence goes to die.Horrible service from the Company itself and this specific store— I came in trying to activate my new phone after my original one got stolen. The three guys “helping” me could not care less. They were goofing around the whole time and making jokes. One of them, Jesse, attempted to help me but was so lackluster when attempting to activate my phone. He then proceeded to “use the bathroom” midway the service and was gone for like 10 minutes. He only came out after I asked his co-worker to bring him back.He had a ton of attitude and after not being able to activate my phone, told me there was nothing else I can do.Avoid this place at all cost. The people here are rude, bored, and it clearly incompetents.

One person working at this location ? and was very rude to customers. The first time I went to this location to buy few I phones and he told me to wait 15 minutes and believe me he took an hour still didn't help me with those phones then I asked him how long it took more than instead help me start yelling on me

Excellent location and service! Helped me get a new phone, get set up with a new watch, trade in my old phone, and helped find any other service deals that were currently in promotion. Jay and Mike were a great help and very nice to chat with! Will be using this location again for any further needs.

I don't write these things often for a bad experience - people can be downright petty with ratings, but this had to be done. Terrible service. The guy who was "helping" me was filthy (stains all over his uniform and dirty, scabby hands) and constantly touching his nose and face and getting my phone greasy as he scrolled around in settings. He seemed either high or tired and just plain checked out. He couldn't help me with my problem and didn't try to get help or make any attempt to find a solution. i got my dirty phone back and left the store, frustrated and grossed out. The most lackluster service from Verizon - I've had nothing but problems so far as a new business customer and I haven't even been able to use the service yet for over a week! I'm regretting switching.

Friendly even if they only have 1-3 employees in here at any given time hence will be slow if you are coming in at a busy time. They told me the trade in value of my iPhone.
