Unexpected, comprehensive, thorough consultation from pharmacist Dr. Yip. He spent time reviewing how best an inhaler is to be used- how to prime the inhaler for accurate dosing, for example. He discussed the possibility of another type of inhaler for longer term use in the future. At first, I wasn’t sure I needed this consultation but there was a whole lot I learned from the pharmacist Yip. I am glad he offered and spent the time reviewing the medication with me.

The pharmacist was very rude when she refused to give me a vaccine for which I made an appointment. She blamed me for not checking Walgreen’s accepted insurance (they now reject Kaiser), though there was no mention of any insurance limitation on their website or in their appointment portal. The pharmacist also called me prior to my appointment asking me to come in for my appointment early, yet failed to mention that there was any issue with my insurance before I drove across town. Never going back to this pharmacy.

The staff gets pissed off about everything here. I don't have a racist bone in my body but iv been going there for years and only Asians work there, weird.They think every single person who walks in is a thief which I understand because of the area being riddled with homeless people but I walked in with a suit and still got a dirty look lol.

I go to this Walgreens regularly, I not only make purchases, I load my Netspend card/s. They seem to give me attitude when attempting to load my Netspend on occasions, not knowing what the maximum is and stating you can only load max on one card.... I've had to explain over and over it's two different cards. I just had surgery and purchased some ensure gave the cashier $100.00 bill as he was giving me or should have been giving me my $69.02 change back to me in hand... as my hand is extended, he counts it out places it on the counter.... I told him I wanted it given to me in my hand... he laughed and said what difference does it make as I was picking my money up off counter. It makes a lot of difference when you've just had surgery haven't been able to eat and have arthritis. It makes a difference as someone a possible thief could have snatched it off the counter before I picked it up... you sir have been working for Walgreens too long to exhibit this kind of attitude. When I've asked you before to apply my points if I had them... you felt the need to tell me that loading my Netspend didn't count towards points as if that's all I do.... I buy adult diapers, household cleaning items, vitamins-tissue soap etc., you're holding a grudge about the Netspend loading and me proving you wrong. Is it that hard to load a Netspend or you just hating because I'm able to load my Netspend/?

I have been coming to this Walgreens for two years and will certainly not be back after today. Most of the staff is super rude but today made me hit my breaking point. Went in to ship out a FedEx package and the man helping me had zero manners and snapped at me to put the shipping label on the box. I was so disgusted after this. Please learn to have some proper manners and good customer service.

Came in for a FedEx drop off. I was given by Nordstrom a QR code to submit the return and the workers here are seriously so rude and unhelpful! The second I say I need help with FedEx they continuously roll their eyes at me and tell me I needed to print out a label. I told them that all I have is a QR code. They then act as if it is such a difficult thing to scan a QR code with their FedEx scanner. After the first package is done, I grabe my second one (my last one) and say I have this one to drop off as well he then sighs, rolls his eyes, and starts acting like an even bigger asshole!! I will definitely make the trip to a further Walgreens the next time I have a return. Don't come here for their FedEx!!

This location is desperately in need of an update and refurbishing. From the outside to the inside, the store looks dirty, sketchy and not the kind of place you’d expect from a Walgreens’s or a pharmacy. Once inside, the store is on the smaller side, with lots of food and beverage options as opposed to medicines and cosmetics

I'm going to give this store 4 stars. As you all know I don't like to rate normal retail stores but sometimes find it valuable The location of store is great for hotels in the wharf area , and honestly some of the friendliest people I've dealt with in Dan Francisco which is nice. Little down side is the available items I found some unavailable. But as these stores get hit with the smash and grabs and supply chain going to guess not their fault. Staff very helpful and easy walk from nearby hotel. Stop in if you need some items you won't be disappointed

My experience is limited to the pharmacy. The staff there could not be more pleasant to deal with, professional or competent. I feel badly for them having to deal often with rude and impatient customers.

Literally the rudest staff working here. I came to take passport fotos. The guy made it very clear he had no interest in helping me.
