Walgreens, a popular pharmacy and retail chain, offers a mixed experience for its customers. While the majority of reviews praise the store's cleanliness and the reasonableness of the staff, some customers have encountered issues with competency and availability of items. The pharmacist, Dr. Yip, is highlighted for providing a thorough and unexpected consultation, educating the customer on the proper use of an inhaler. However, the store is also described as a "clown show" on certain days, with only a few employees being knowledgeable and capable. Despite these challenges, the store is praised for its wide selection of personal care products and food, as well as its convenient location near hotels in the wharf area. Overall, Walgreens seems to provide a generally positive experience, with some room for improvement in terms of staff competency and product availability.
Quick in and out and lots of items to pick up if you forgot from home.

We visited this pharmacy whilst staying in the vicinity. We were surprised by how big the pharmacy was inside and the variety of items for sale. We found everything we were looking for after asking a member of staff, who was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable.

The pharmacy staff here have always been helpful and courteous. Sometimes there’s a line but it’s not as bad as other pharmacies in the area.
