Poorly managed. Even after calling and checking if there is stock of my refill, they managed to make a mess of the order and gave me only 50% of the order.

We had a great experience at this Walgreens. Jeffrey, the pharmacist, provided excellent service for us by making the extra effort because it was the right thing to do. Thank you!

The people at the pharmacy are SO rude. I tried to ask a couple questions on the phone and the person just hung up on me after my first questions! Also the previous visit I was there the people behind the counter were just plain mean to everyone in line. Very disappointing customer service.

Store manager not just a title, need to have the ability to control store traffic and handle multiple tasks at the same time. I come here very often to pick up online orders, I can say most of time line is long and one cashier here. Today 3/11/2024 4:10-4:40, I am here to pick up orders as usual,line is long so I just look around, client has questions about payment and need to refer to store manager, only one cashier there and long line. Both of my orders had problems, system freeze and also need manager, at the same time a customer complained how come no one provide assistance. What does this manager do? He spend almost 30 minutes with the client about payment problem, can you help other coworker first then spend your time with this client later, obviously this manager does not had this kinds of abilities.

Why is it that whenever someone that is not from this country gets to the pickup counter at Walgreens they act like they are at a doctors appointment. Every single thing should be done ONLINE before you get there. There is nothing to do but pick up your prescription. Questions? Those are for the doctor that prescribed the stuff. SHE should be the one all concerns are directed to, not the cashier at Walgreens. And not even the guy filling the orders, he is busy. YOUR. DOCTOR. And then you go to your computer or your phone and sign up. Then you fill it. See how that works? And why do you cashiers at said Walgreens not have these people, who seem to believe they are the ONLY ones there and that everyone else's time isn't as important as theirseven while a line of 8 people is piling up and growing, step aside and let those that do know how life works in 2024 pickup our meds and GO. HUH? Why Walgreens. Why.

Do not shop here unless you want to wait for hours of a prescription to be filled, only to return hours later and it still not be filled. Only fun part of visiting and waiting there for hours is that you sometimes get to see people walk out with free stuff because nobody stops criminals.

PRO: PHARMACY STAFF: excellent.
CON: VERY, VERY Busy so there can be a wait in line and to reach them by phone.
Pharmacy staff are amazingly kind and helpful, patient and generous with their time taking calls and answering questions; they are supportive, help navigate obstacles, explain steps to take to resolve issues they can’t fix.
At the end of 2023, there was a glitch in the phone system, and they were short staffed, so it was nearly impossible to reach them by phone.
However, as always, they remained generous and patient when you did get through.

Pharmacy always have a huge line, typically 6-12 people long and it takes FOREVER for the line to move. I’d say average wait per customer served is easily 5mins. Nearly every trip takes 30 mins just to get through the line. Get it together and hire more staff!!!

This pharmacy is the worst. They take days to fill prescriptions and you have no idea when it'll be done. They don't answer the phone (or if they do you have to wait two hours) so you go to the pharmacy, wait in a 30 minute line, only to be told it's not ready yet and to come back later. Later you'll have to wait in a 45 min line, even though they claim to have express pickup online. They don't have extra staff to help at checkout even if there's a line down the whole aisle.
You'll do this every month if you have regular prescriptions. It's never not like this. And don't get me started on going in for vaccines. Expect to be there waiting for awhile with an appointment.
And I'm not sure what others are talking about, the staff is not friendly. I get it, though, they're overworked and everyone who comes in yells at them. This is a corporate issue and it's pathetic. People shouldn't have to regularly go through this for medicine they need.
I'm done with this pharmacy...I'll go further away just to find one that's a tiny bit better.

This might be the worst pharmacy in San Francisco. Whenever I go there is a massive wait. The lines for prescription pickups vs. vaccines are terribly disorganized, something they could address by simple signage. The last 2 times I went to pick up a prescription I called prior to confirm that they'd have it refilled on the day I called, which they affirmed. Then the next day I'd go to pick up the prescription and they'd tell me it hadn't been filled and I'd have to wait 30 minutes. This has happened to many customers as I've witnessed and overheard many similar frustrations. This pharmacy deserves to shut down since the management of the pharmacy is completely incompetent. I feel sorry for the workers who are at the register having to deal with frustrated customers due to problems that arise from inept management

Staff is super nice . Overworked. My One Star review is not a reflection of the friendly staff. These poor employees are way too busy and they clearly do not have the resources to do an excellent job. #sad. Line is absurd. Poor workers have to deal with insurance et cetera.
