Walgreens is a pharmacy where customers can refill prescriptions and shop for health and beauty products. The pharmacy staff are frequently described as excellent, amazingly kind, helpful, patient, generous, supportive, courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. They take time to answer questions and help navigate obstacles. However, this location is noted as very, very busy. There can be a long wait in line to get medication, and it is often nearly impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone due to high call volume. The store itself has helpful employees, but it has been targeted by thieves, which complicates operations. The increased customer demand, especially following the closure of another nearby Walgreens, has made the pharmacy seem overwhelmed at times. Despite the busyness and occasional challenges like past phone system glitches or short staffing, the service remains friendly and professional.
Pharmacy lines…. General dysfunction… stuff behind locked glass (plastic?). The staff is friendly and trying, but come on Walgreens, you can do better and please do — especially since you closed other nearby branches
