In a small area you can be “transported” to the time of the gold rush in California, the beginnings of the mail, the transportation of valuables, transportation of people, the first banks and security methods of the time. It was a trip to the past and see how we have advanced on all those issues.

Nelson was very nice and helpful, he went out of his way for us. The museum is not very big but it has a lot of really great history.

It is a small museum documenting the rise of wells fargo from stage coach operators to banking giant.I thought it was interesting and like the old stage coach on display. There were some other historical items on display as well.The stage were friendly and welcoming too.
