Eliza Mejia and Steve Lam are the most wonderful tellers. Every time I visit, they are always happy to help and consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly make every experience a positive one.

The staff at this branch are generally friendly and helpful, making transactions smooth and efficient. However, the wait times can be a bit long during peak hours, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a decent bank experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Everyone from the bankers to the tellers to the security guards are friendly, helpful, and efficient at this location. They've helped me with numerous issues over the years and have always provided excellent customer service and given advice that's been much-appreciated.
