Called 5/26/2026 at 6:00 pm at the promonade location in Rogers AR. Was immediately put on hold for an extended period then someone picked up and hung up without a word. Poor customer service.

Check their listing on BBB and search for Williams Sonoma complaints. Not worth giving them business.

I parked my car there Sunday May 30th, when I backed someone broke window and stolen my stuff and Central Station police department don't care and they were not responsible !!!
