The worst customer service and terrible attitude. Definitely wouldn’t recommend walking into the store. You are better off checking online yourself.

Terrible attitude! I was on the phone with the customer service on the day before I went to the store. They told me that I can pick up the new WiFi machine for my friend. I made an appointment online, and went to the store on time. I told the guy with a blonde hair that I’m here to pick up the WiFi machine. First they looked at me said “Are you sure?” I don’t know what does that mean. Do they not believe their customer? Or this is the way they greet the customer? After checking the account, they told me that I cannot pick it up for her, but she needs to pick it up by herself. I said “Oh! That’s weird! The customer service told me that I can pick it up for her.” They answered “NO! YOU ARE NOT LISTENING TO ME!” Their attitude freaked me out! I walk out of the store with my hand shaking.
I understand that the company has their own rules about handling the account, and I respect that. However, this company has to have the better training on their online customer service to give the correct information, and to train their in-store customer service attitude.
Why do you blame me not listening to you instead of blaming your customer service giving me the wrong information? If you are not paying for my gas for driving to the store and the time that I waste in the store, don’t blame me!

The store is poorly managed. No clear sign or information about the waitlist. You have to wait the same long line just for returning a modem and getting a receipt.

I walked in saw a bunch of people sitting and waiting, was told because I don't have an appointment it would take 50 minutes of waiting. This store needs new management that's super poor customer service.
Update after speaking to multiple Xfinity customer service online and waiting 1 week, their response was you should go to the store. I told them they take 50 minutes to see people. Oh let me make an appointment for you. 15 minutes later oh we can't make an appointment for you. If ATT was better I'd switch or if there was an alternative I'd switch.

Outstanding Service from Steven and Allen at Stonestown Xfinity!
We visited the Stonestown Xfinity store on a Friday afternoon to ask about international phone service, and we were lucky to be greeted by Steven—an absolute gem! He was cheerful, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with patience and clarity.
While reviewing our current plan, Steven discovered we were eligible for a credit that allowed us to add an Apple Watch and upgrade our plan—without increasing our monthly payment. What a pleasant surprise! We chose the model and color, and began pairing it with our existing iPhone 11. Since our phone wasn’t updated, the process took quite a while, but Steven remained calm, professional, and supportive throughout. He never made us feel awkward about our older device—instead, he guided us through every step, including troubleshooting, restarting, and syncing.
Allen, the store manager, also jumped in to assist with the pairing and upgrade process. Allen provided the new iPhone information to us with the detailed payment plan. Both Steven and Allen worked seamlessly together with other associates, staying past closing time to make sure every detail was handled. We were the last customers to leave the store. It was already dark outside, but we left feeling so uplifted—not just because we had new phones and watches, but because we received truly exceptional service.
During our visit, we saw other returning customers drop by just to say thank you to Steven - proof that this team builds real relationships under Allen’s leadership.
Steven and Allen genuinely listen, learn, and care about each customer’s needs. Their dedication, kindness, and professionalism made our day. Highly recommend this store for all your phone upgrades, questions, and tech needs. Thank you both for a wonderful experience!

came by with my roommate to purchase internet for our apartment and Marilyn was so incredibly kind and helpful. She walked us through everything and was very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. Thanks Marilyn!

This store looks nice but is poorly managed. There was quite a disregard for people waiting and while 2 out of 5 employees were polite and attentive the other 3 seemed not to care there was a growing line of people with and without appointments who were waiting. I was there for over half an hour while there were 7 people waiting and 3 people assisted.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location, you will be better off driving across town to the Geary location where you will actually get help from an employee

Brendon Robinson was the consultant who helped me after multiple failed attempts to resolve my issue over phone customer service. He was very quick, efficient and very nice during the whole visit.

Staff here looks super unmotivated. But how can you blame them? They do their best to help but they're also restricted with what they can and can't do. I was told by phone to come in only the store sent me back home to call a different number. At the end of the day, it's Comcast Corp that needs to fix their system and procedures. Maybe staff will be more enlightened to work for them. Just maybe.

After visiting multiple Xfinity stores and making phone calls to customer service, I was finally able to activate my new phone here. Samuel O. was very kind and was able to get it done ten minutes before the store was closed for the day. Great service.
