I've been sitting here for over an hour to pick up my modem. They are spending hours with people to sell new services but will not support existing customers. All I need is to get a working modem and it's infuriating. If you have a chance to have another provider, go with them. Awful service.

Extreme poor customer service. Once you sign up for a service and they have taken your money, they just don’t care! Not the fault of the employees but rather the greed of the cheap Mgmt making more margins rather than hiring more staff to serve the customers. As if our time as customers had no value!!!!

4/4/23: The wait was long. The worker I had was excellent ?. I signed back up for cable TV ?, because he was a great informed employee that was very helpful.
