1 star for Xfinity, 5 stars for the helpful staff at this location. Was getting double charged for internet and phone representatives and online services were completely unhelpful. Went in person and my issue was resolved in minutes

The technician was the best! Ollie, he communicated and help us understand how to operate the the internet, five stars for Ali he even went on the roof for in the hot heat wave sun so we could have our internet for our business and entertainment
