Charles and team were amazing. I had an old family heirloom locket that I wanted to give my daughter for her wedding and they were able to completely rebuild it, make it look great and get it done in a super timely fashion period. I would highly recommend them.

William was great in helping me find and purchase a new sterling silver bracelet. Although it took me some time to come back with other comittments, William remembered me and stayed in touch to make sure I got the bracelet I wanted. Love his humor too. Great team energy at Zee.
