Called for a lockout through AAA and it took them drive 3 hours to get to me. The thing was, they would give an ETA of 15-30 minutes every time I asked.

Horrible shady company! Charged 1950.00 to tow a vehicle to San Diego. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Dispatch Rudy was unprofessional and rude, he made a stressful situation even worse. When dispute about fees came into place before tow happened company refused to release vehicle and was holding vehicle hostage for payment. UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY Charged to tow the vehicle and for the driver to return to his duty station.

On my way to Palm Springs this past Thursday morning when my Jeep started what's called a death wobble. It's a problem that eventually happens to most Jeeps, which is caused by either the suspension or steering. After leaving the 10 and finding a safe place to call AAA. My experience after having AAA for 20 years is that the contract with excellent companies. Within 20 minutes the driver arrived and had my car on the flatbed. My mechanic went out of business and the driver gave me a few minutes to locate another location in West Hollywood. The driver was very friendly and the cab was clean. After dropping the Jeep off at the shop he gave me a lift to my apt a few blocks away. EXCELLENT service. In the confusion I didn't get the driver's name and I feel bad about that. I'd really like to give him a shout out.

This place gets 0 Stars Dispatch is rude telling me I have a bad attitude after being here for 2 hours your attitude would not sweet either clearly unprofessional and needs to be Closed down Asap Office hours posted 8am nobody here was told by Tow driver someone will be here within a hour still nobody AAA needs to close contract they making you look bad

If I could give this place zero stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. I called and they sent me to voicemail when I called for an update. Then they finally answered and they hung up on me while I was asking for an update. DO NOT use this place. If AAA connects you with them, ask for a different place.

Our car wouldn't start so we called AAA and Frank arrived and helped us set up the tow quickly/smoothly. He was also super friendly and positive! If you need a cheerful towing service, he's the one to go to. Would call again if towing service is needed.

I don't usually do reviews for any store or company, but this time I thought I had to say something. Your tow truck driver Jesus scratched the paint on my front bumper while towing my car. I don't understand why he tied the rope to my front bumper when he secured the car? Also, I really recommend this company to have this tow truck driver get proper service training. By the way, the front desk of this company is very patient and professional in dealing with customers. I am very grateful to the front desk of this company for having such a good working attitude. ??

Frank Quezada was my tow truck driver and he was awesome -- fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands with him! Highly recommend.

I wanted to give 'Frank' a shout -out for his amazing CUSTOMER service, quick response and for taking care of us when we broke down in East LA, on Friday! My car overheated and he was there much earlier than expected in LA Friday traffic. He had to tow me about 25 miles to the dealership. Great conversation, super cool and nice demeanor and drop us off safely and swiftly to our destination! Any business would be grateful to have him on their TEAM! Great customer service is RARE to find and also someone who takes their job with PRIDE! I would take a 1000 Franks where I work!! Thanks, Frank, and I hope this gets you recognized for your time!! Last week I called AAA to get my Toyota towed. I told them we needed a flat bed tow truck because the car's suspension was modified. Mind you that I called AAA a few days prior and requested a flat bed to tow the same car and the guy was great. He towed it quickly and efficiently. Anyhow, this time AAA did not send a flat bed and they sent a shady looking character in an old decrepit regular tow truck from Dickson instead- not the company they said they were sending and the wrong type of tow truck. And this was 3 hours after I made the initial call. Before this, they called me from Dickson to confirm the tow and again I asked for a flat bed and they said ok. When I told the guy I asked for a flat bed he looked bothered and said he would call his buddy with a flat bed. So 2 guys finally showed up with a flat bed and they asked for a tow hitch. I've never had a tow truck driver ever ask me for any equipment before. Anyway we found one and gave it to them but when it looked like they were going to tow it from the front I told them it had to be towed from the rear because the front bumper would be damaged and they were not going to be responsible for any damages. Well this annoyed them and they got in their truck. I thought they were going to go around the block to be able to load the car properly but these dudes just took off. They abandoned us with the car and my son and I had to miss a full day's work to finally get it towed with another company. I've been with AAA for over 40 years and never have I encountered such an unprofessional group of shady tow truck drivers in my life. If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. Stay away from this company. They make AAA look horrible. Their quality has gone down big time. When you call AAA for a tow, ask what company they're sending. If it's Dickson, don't do it. Ask for another company. They're horrible, incompetent and unprofessional!!!
