“I'm not sure how I've waited so long to review The Cub House, but here we are. They've been my go to bike shop for a while now. They have a lot of cool gear, bikes, bike frames, components and accessories. Great staff all around too, who are always helpful.
Luigi was a pleasure to work with on a custom build. He helped pick out parts and answered questions throughout the process too. It turned out great and Mattie helped with the final fit. Simon helped with a small tweak to the bike afterwards (I assume the build itself too :-D). Can't forget Danny with my initial inquiry into the whole process.”

“We came to their showroom in person and it did not disappoint! Customer service was great. Eliza spent so much time with us going through all the options available. We ended up buying 5 gis for our family and multiple rash guards. We were so glad to be able to try them all on and they had so many different styles and colors in stock. Also since we purchased in store we received some fun complementary goodies. Definitely recommend this shop but if you can’t come in store then you can order online!”

“I was so impressed with the super quick delivery. I ordered my racquet on Friday and received it on Saturday. I think that beats Amazon! And with free shipping! And it was packaged beautifully! I used to live down the street but moved to Orange County and I couldn't find a store comparable and I just left this store spending over 2 bills easily and I ordered another hoodie they didn't have in stock in my size and they're going to get it for me and that's what I call customer service!! We went to half a dozen different retailers — from wholesalers to big box stores, and none of them came close to offering the quality, variety and pricing Sandy’s had. They have a great selection, a good store front layout. And Sandy was very helpful. She was honest, friendly, and great to work with. She gave us great recommendations on the best value we would get on a treadmill, the weight machine, and some other home gym tips. For anyone looking I would recommend they come here. Stopped by the Puma store at the Citadel Outlets and was really impressed with the sale they had going on. They had clearance shoes for just $25, which was a huge win for me since my son wears a size 10.5. I was able to grab 7 pairs of shoes for under $200! There's parking in their lot.
