“They always have what I'm looking for when it comes to my outdoor stuff. I've found great ultralight backpacking gear, daypacks and fanny packs for hiking, good socks, hiking boots, travel towel, convertible pants, camping cookware. I've also gotten a hydroflask bowl to take my lunch to work in everyday, works great. Anything you buy here, you have a year to try it out, if it doesn't work out for you, you can return it for a full refund. I'm thankful for that because I've had some items that didn't work out as well as I though they would for me, I've returned and gotten what does work better for me. All the staff here are very helpful and friendly, they all come around and ask if we have any questions, and they are happy to help. I highly recommend REI for all your outdoor needs, and even some indoor stuff.”

He was super great at helping my son finding the right shin guards that he wanted. And as we browsed around the store, we found a pair of Culer socks that we have been looking for! I used to live down the street but moved to Orange County and I couldn't find a store comparable and I just left this store spending over 2 bills easily and I ordered another hoodie they didn't have in stock in my size and they're going to get it for me and that's what I call customer service!! I'll be waiting for my LA 2020 World Series Pullover Hoodie Sweater!! This place you will find what you need and if not they almost likely can get it for you!! “Sandy’s is by far the best when it comes to pricing, quality, customer service, variety of machines and workout equipment. My husband and I were in the market and shopping for a home gym stacked weight machine and a treadmill. We went to half a dozen different retailers — from wholesalers to big box stores, and none of them came close to offering the quality, variety and pricing Sandy’s had. They have a great selection, a good store front layout. And Sandy was very helpful. She was honest, friendly, and great to work with. She gave us great recommendations on the best value we would get on a treadmill, the weight machine, and some other home gym tips. For anyone looking I would recommend they come here. In the event I need something else to add to our home gym I won’t hesitate to come back to Sandy’s!”

“I was here earlier today looking at work boots I've been here several times. I knew what I wanted but was looking at what they had. I started asking questions about some of the boots and the person that was there showed me others including some that were discontinued for even cheaper. Showed me one that had a composite toe. I said what's that? It's lighter. I tried one size it was snug. They had a size slightly bigger. Tells me walk around see how it feels. Ok. I said jokingly how bout if I walk out to the street and keep on going and he's laughing I said I wouldn't do that. I took them off and we started talking them I went to pay for them and left. Never got the guys name but he had a beard on his chin that's all I remember”

“I’ve came here about 3-4 times while visiting the plaza for the most part my experience is good! Great prices, great quality and super amazing friendly staff! Unfortunately today I had an unpleasant experience with an employee which is rare because again, most of the times I’ve came you’re greeted at the entrance and everyone’s friendly but the lady in the register THELMA was very unpleasant. She was kind of rude and I felt like she was rude to the male cashier which made me feel uneasy and awkward. Overall, I love this store. always super clean, great prices, great quality, and amazing staff. I got work shoes for 21$!!! Quality just as good as paying for Nike just way more affordable!”
